Leadership and technical training regarding Finance and Comptroller duties in a tactical environments as part of Large-Scale Combat Operations in Multi-Domain Operations. Trained on effective officership, in the United States Army, and as a Finance and Comptroller Professional. Coursework in leadership, professional development, counseling, Financial and Comptroller technical and tactical skills.
Assessed in proficiency of basic officer leadership tasks. Evaluated on ability to lead at the Squad and Platoon levels, both in garrison and tactical environments. Mentally and physically tested during consequence driven field training exercise that replicates a combat training center rotation.
Coursework included electronic principles, use and maintainenance of electrical and electronic test equipment, and equipment repair techniques for specific Army computer systems.
Training regarding tactics, methods of becoming a Soldier, and Army values, service, and traditions. Tested physically and mentally, while accomplishing tasks as a team. Further developed discipline, as well as proper dress, marching, and grooming standards.
